The Department of Basic Education has put together resources to support learning at home during the #21daysLockdown.
In an effort to provide uninterrupted learning for our learners, the Department of Basic Education is providing R0.00-rated (no cost) educational content across online platforms, as well as radio & TV shows. These platforms will allow students to continue with uninterrupted learning during the #21daysLockdown.
In partnership with eMedia Investments, the Department of Basic Education will be broadcasting educational support for learners and teachers on the Openview HD (OVHD) platform – channel 122. This channel is available free of any subscriptions and will broadcast initially for a period of six months from 1 April to 30 September 2020.
